CLIENT. Do not claim the commissioned artwork as yours.

Do not modify, edit, trace my artwork without my permission. Any revision should be done by me.

Do not bargain my commission slot or price in any way of harassment; including hate speech on public and private messages. These action will lead to blocklist.

Must visibly credit my name when using the commissioned artwork on caption and description.

ARTIST. I will use your commission artwork as my portfolio on my carrd, social medias, and vgen.

If there’s sudden private matter occurs I will inform via Trello.

BRIEFING. To avoid misinterpretation, please send me a clear reference images and minimal abbreviations in your character profile description.

It is recommended to use JPG, PDF, PNG, or VGen character profile as reference sheet format. (I use ipad)

You may send any image as references even as sloppy as AI, but please do not use the commission result to AI later.

ESTIMATED TIME DELIVERY. I will respond to your request in 1-3 days.

You can set the deadline minimum 2 weeks from the time you pay your commission. Shorter than that you will be charged rush fee.

The commission will be completed for around 2 months depending on the queue, it can be faster or later.

I will work on commissions randomly. This means I will work on the piece I'm the most inspired or comfortable with at the moment.

REVISIONS. No revisions for SKEB commissions unless I make mistake in the drawing!

Up to 5 major fix sessions can be made during the drafting phase of the commission as in pose, concept, and/or background, mistakes from artist is not considered revision.

After then, if I deem your revisions to be time-consuming, I may ask for revision fee of $5 for each revision for illustration, and $10 for commercial assets.

After the order is completed, minor changes such are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).

FINAL PRODUCT. Any pose, style, or background that may be similar to other artists are PURELY coincidental, and it is safely to proclaim that I do not and may never trace unless client ask to use pose from free to use bases.

COPYRIGHT. I will not claim the rights to a client’s character. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

You may resell the character design and/or vtuber asset no more than our dealt agreement price. You must let me know who the new owner is.

I will not trace any artwork drawn by other artist include YCH base, except the artist is full aware and has granted permission or I will totally draw a different angle/pose.

You may not edit, redistribute or resell this product to third parties. Usage to NFT or AI is strictly prohibited and not allowed under any circumstances.

NDA. I will not accept full privacy NDA unless it's for company operational reasons.

The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.

Available temporary NDA request are for: vtuber debut, art gift, company publishing.

I will upload the commission result after the client posted or unless further agreement.

PAYMENT. I accept USD via Paypal, Stripe VGen; and IDR via BCA.

Do not abuse my IDR price to pay in USD for non-local client.

It's preferable to pay upfront in full and I will send you a sketch after payment.

Payment plan available for minimum $300 or IDR 2,5jt commission. Milestones start from 50% front payment, 50/50 or 50/25/25.

If payment is not made in a timely manner (7 days) after I've placed the invoice, the commission will be cancelled, unless further notice.

Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.

RUSH FEE. It will cost around +25%-100% of the total quote if the deadline is below 2 weeks.

REFUNDS. Refund will be given if I do not complete any sketch in more than 3 months or exceeding VGen deadline.

Down payment is NON REFUNDABLE.

Also no refund after commission is done, I am not be responsible for your financial issues.

CHARGEBACK. You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
